How to enter the templates or digital product after purchasing it?

After purchase, there are “attached files” in the invoice, click on the attached file and not the product name to download the files.

 

Product Warranties:

There are two cases:

  • The product is a digital code regardless of the activation period | In the event of a malfunction, Digital Desktopic will replace any license key for you during this period as long as you do not violate the laws of the product company (with the same basic activation period)
  • The product is a service or subscription | In the event of a malfunction or suspension, and provided that the laws of the product company are not violated, the customer will be compensated for a period similar to the period of the interruption or a partial return of the product at the customer’s request

 

Delivery and return policy

  • All products in the digital store Desktopic are not shipped, but you receive an e-mail in the form of codes.
  • All products support most countries of the world.
  • Returns are free within 3 days of ordering, provided that the service is not fully or partially used.
  • We are committed to the warranty period mentioned in each product, and in the event of breach of the warranty, the full amount will be returned to the customer.
  • In the event that the customer wants to return a service product, the full amount will be returned if it is found that the product has not been used at all, and the partial return will be made according to the period used, and the return is not made if the customer has used or benefited from the product completely.
